The third round of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France is under way on another scorching day at Paris International.

Florentyna Parker stormed into a share of the lead with overnight leader Stefanie Michl after three birdies and an eagle in her first six holes today. However she dropped a shot at the ninth for an outward total of 32.

Michl made a statement at the first, opening with a birdie three to move two strokes clear of the field, but double bogeyed the par-three second to drop into a seven-way tie for the lead.

Those holding a share of the lead by early afternoon were Parker, Michl, Marianne Skarpnord, Diana Luna, Virginie Lagoutte-Clement, Kaisa Ruuttila and Ursula Wikstrom.

At that point, the event was wide open with 17 players within two strokes of the lead.
