The first Raiffeisenbank Prague Golf Masters hosted a Junior Pro-Am at Golf Club Hostivar in Prague on Wednesday 7th September 2011.

Junior golfers aged 9-12 competed alongside Ladies European Tour professionals in a nine-hole challenge, while golfers aged 6-9 competed at the Academy, which is a nine-hole pitch and putt course.

The winners of the Junior Pro-Am were LET professional Laurette Maritz and amateurs Jan Černohorský, Kryšpín Janata and Nikolas Stamidis.

Finishing second were LET rookie professional Stacey Keating, Kudličková, Šesták and Štibingerová.

In third place were LET rookie Liebelei Lawrence, Theodor Dollanský, K. Martinčová and A. Nyupenko.

All of the professionals and juniors had a fabulous time and Lawrence commented on Twitter: “Played an @LETgolf Junior Pro-Am today & was blown away by how good the kids were. Watch out world! Czechs will dominate in 7-10 years.”

The young winners at the Academy and names to remember for the future were:

1st place: Kateřina Krásová, Filip Doležal, Jan Dyba and Albert Kulík. 2nd place: Marie Luňáčková, Kristýna Makovská, Eliška Vesecká and Adriana Straková.3rd place: Denisa Sobotková, Tatiana Boháčová, Chris Boháč and Alex Boháč.
