Anne-Lise Caudal of France

Caudal, who is ninth on the LET’s New Star Money List, is one of the home favourites after her maiden LET victory at the Open de Portugal in June. She said of her start: “I am very content because today the course was not easy with the wind. I’m very happy to be in France and I’m just thinking about one shot at a time.”
Reis continued her strong vein of form through from last week’s Göteborg Masters in Sweden, where she equaled the LET’s all time low round record with an 11-under-par 61 on the last day to finish as the runner-up. She is playing at Le Golf D’Arras for the first time and said: “I just made some good putts again and hit good shots. Everything continued from where I left off. This is the eighth week in a row that I’m playing so I guess it goes by itself now.”
