The third and final round of the Finnair Masters commenced at 11am today at Helsinki Golf Club after a three hour weather delay this morning.
The leading three-ball of Lee-Anne Pace, Vikki Laing and Jade Schaeffer started at 12.30pm from the first hole. South African Lee-Anne Pace began the final round at 12 under par with a three stroke lead over Vikki Laing from Scotland. Pace is targeting her third win of the season while Laing will be challenging for her first victory on Tour.
Following a night of heavy rain the course was unplayable when the final round was originally scheduled to start at 8am and the rain continued until 10am. The four greens which were flooded were the first, second, fourth and 13th and tees three, seven and 10 were also under water, however play is now underway.
