(Cheshire, England – December 14 2004) The Robe di Kappa Ladies European Tour announced today the appointment of Ronny Lemmens from Belgium as a Non-Executive Director of the Ladies European Tour.

Mr Lemmens brings to the Tour a wealth of experience in business and marketing, having worked for internationally renowned clothing companies such as Mexx, Liz Claiborne and Belluci Sportswear.

Married with two children, Mr Lemmens speaks four languages and has a broad and unique experience in the fashion business including sales, marketing, and product management.

After building-up Mexx, as a co-founder, Lemmens then sold it to Liz Claiborne in 2001 with a global turnover of $4.4billion then integrated the brand completely in the new mother company. He is now promoted to Vice President Business Integration for Mexx Europe.

Karen Lunn, chairman of the Ladies European Tour was delighted to welcome Ronny Lemmens to the Board of Directors.
