The Ladies European Tour Membership recently approved a set of governance reforms and a new constitution, to align with the current best practice guidelines for good governance, both within Europe and internationally.
Under the agreed changes, the LET Board will comprise a balance of current players, past players and independent non-executive directors, with a clear separation between the governance and the management of the company, to ensure the organisation has the highest standards of leadership and efficiency.
The LET is now seeking to appoint three non-executive directors with a mixture of professional and business skills and diverse backgrounds. Applications are welcomed via LinkedIn until 11 July 2018.
