Caroline Hedwall fired nine birdies over the Chateaux Course at Golf du Medoc for a course record 62 (-9) in the final round on Sunday to post the clubhouse target at 12-under-par.
She started the final round seven strokes behind the overnight leader Nanna Koerstz Madsen.
